Vertical building work will start on the City鈥檚 latest skyscraper, the Pinnacle, next month

The 拢650m, 64-storey tower, recently redesigned by US architect Kohn Pedersen Fox, will have three to four cranes on site from June. So far no tenants have been secured for the tower, but the developer says talks are continuing for 500,000ft虏 of space. The Arab Investments scheme is fully funded through equity for the next two years and the company said its talks with banks about securing further debt funding had been 鈥渧ery positive鈥�.
